Where are your arenas?

Ericsson Globe, Tele2 Arena, Hovet, Annexet
Ericsson Globe, Tele2 Arena, Hovet and Annexet are located in the Johanneshov district of southern Stockholm. Within walking distance of a kilometer you find six subway stations including Gullmarsplan, Stockholm’s second largest hub for common transport with subway, tram and buses.
Read more about to get here.

Friends Arena
Friends Arena is located in Arenastaden in Solna, just north of Stockholm.
The easiest way to get to Friends Arena is by public transport; commuter train, tram, metro and bus.
Read more about to get here.

How do I find my seat in the arenas?

Ericsson Globe, Tele2 Arena, Hovet, Annexet
From the menu bar click on Get here for overviews of the arenas.

Friends Arena
See arena overview on Getting to Friends Arena.

When you get to our arenas, follow the instructions on your ticket; entrance, section and seat number. If you are still unsure about where your seat is ask one of the attendants.

Are there parking at the arenas?

We recommend to primarily choose public transport for your trip to us. It is often a smoother and more environmentally friendly alternative than traveling by car. If you opt to bring your car we advise you to be in good time. Stockholm traffic is sometimes erratic and at big events when many travel to and from the same place at the same time, queues in the immediate area can occur.

Tele2 Arena, Ericsson Globe, Hovet, Annexet
Parking is available at Globen Shopping (about 1500 parking spaces) and in Arenagaraget below Tele2 Arena (about 650 parking spaces), but please keep in mind that these can be filled up quickly when there are many people during event days.

There are disabled parking places on the eastern side of Hovet, towards Nynäsvägen.
Read more about parking possibilities in the area at Stockholm Parking.

For questions about parking in Globen Shopping's garage, contact Apcoa Parking on +46 8-556 306 70 or [email protected].

For questions about parking below Tele2 Arena, contact Stockholm Parking.

Friends Arena
Mall of Scandinavia, adjacent to the Arena, offers 3 700 parking spaces on five floors. On busy days at the mall and on event days these spaces are taken very quickly.

The car park at the Arenagaraget (entrance on Evenemangsgatan) has 500 spaces. It is run by Parkman.

Read more about the car parking in the area at arenastaden.se.

Are there parking spaces for buses and charter buses that organize trips to and from an event?

Tele2 Arena, Ericsson Globe, Hovet, Annexet
We usually do not have the opportunity to offer special parking for buses. Contact us for more information.

Friends Arena
Solna municipality offers a number of bus parking spaces in the area, one of them at Kolonnvägen. Visit solna.se for details

Is it safe to purchase ticket on the black market?

Stockholm Live is only liable for the sale of tickets from our web sites (stockholmlive.com, friendsarena.se, tele2arena.se) our box offices, via the event owner and ticket suppliers. We strongly advise you against the purchase of tickets from any other service or seller because we cannot guarantee the validity or the existence of the ticket and, you risk paying much more than the face value of the ticket.

The automated ticket checking terminals at the arenas scan each ticket for a unique EAN code upon entry on the day of the event. The EAN code can only be used once and a person using a copy of a ticket will be refused entry. You cannot check in advance whether a ticket is valid or not.

A name, other than my own, is on the ticket. Will I have a problem scanning it?

Tickets are not ‘personalized’ unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Where a promotor chooses to personalize tickets for an event, you will be informed of it on the event page. In such a case, if your name appears on the ticket you will be asked to provide valid identification to gain entry to the Arena.

Can I scan my ticket on my smartphone?

Yes, as long as the smartphone is damage-free because the scanning machines are sensitive. However, we recommend that you print it out to facilitate entry or alternatively download the ticket as a PDF file and increase the brightness on the screen before scanning. Avoid taking a screenshot/screen copy of the ticket on your smartphone as this worsens the quality of the image and makes it more difficult to scan.

Can you check in advance if a ticket is valid or not?

No, it is only when the ticket has been scanned at the Arena that you will know that the ticket is valid.

Why do you charge a service fee on the tickets?

The service fee covers the costs of our agents in connection to booking, collecting or eventual refunding. The fee is the part of the ticket price that accrues to our ticket agents.

The service fee varies from the price of the ticket at a fixed rate.

Can I return or get a refund on a ticket bought?

Bought tickets are not repurchased. If the event is canceled, the ticket is refunded at the point of purchase. Any refund is usually to be claimed within a specified time limit.

The service fee is not refundable, since it covers the cost for the respective service point in the case of, for example, cancelled events.

For further questions, please contact us at tel: +46(0)77-131 00 00 or via e-mail.

What happens if an event is moved or cancelled?

When buying your tickets by phone or online, you are asked to give us your contact address and/or e-mail address and phone number. This gives us the possibility to contact you if any changes occur in regards to the event.

Information is also put out through our website and social media. Please note that we cannot foresee events that might lead to cancellation. This type of information is normally handled by the promoter in charge, who then passes on the information to us. If there are uncertainties regarding any specific event, we kindly ask you to contact the promoter in charge.

Do you refund lost or stolen tickets?

We do not issue refunds for lost or stolen tickets. If your tickets have been stolen you must file a complaint with the police to let the issue be handled by your insurance company.

Do you sell gift vouchers for SkyView?

Yes, you can buy gift cards for SkyView in our Service Center.

What is an E-ticket?

When buying online or by telephone, you can choose to have your ticket delivered by e-mail for you to print before the event.

Your Visit

When does the event start and finish?

We usually get the exact times from the event promotor a few days before the event, and we publish them on the event page here on stockholmlive.com. A few days before the event, we also send a welcome e-mail to visitors who stated their e-mail address when buying tickets.
Please note that we can rarely announce an exact end time for events.

What am I not allowed to take into the arenas?

The following rules apply, unless otherwise stated on the event page here on stockholmlive.com. To event

Dangerous or bulky items
You are not allowed to bring into the arena items that could cause damage to the arenas, injury to its staff or other visitors. These include, but are not limited to the following items; weapons, fireworks and other dangerous and fire hazard items. Glass bottles, plastic bottles, thermos’, aluminium cans and flag poles other than soft plastic, or clothing items/flags with text or symbols expressing contempt for ethnic, or other groups.

You are also not allowed to bring into the arenas bulky items such as large umbrellas, large bags, or collapsible chairs.

Food and drink
You are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks into the arenas. For safety reasons you are not allowed to bring bottles into the arenas regardless of material and content.

Sound and image capture equipment
Standard cameras, film cameras and other sound/image recording equipment are not allowed inside the Arenas.

Can I take my camera to the event?

A system camera or any other professional sound or image recording device may not be brought into the arena. Certain events carry a strict ban on photography. Mobile phone-cameras or small compact cameras are usually allowed. Each promoter has the right to specify any eventual bans on photography.

Can I leave the arena during events and come back in?

No. The person who, after entry, leaves the venue is not entitled to re-entry

Can I bring a pram to the event?

For reasons of capacity and security, prams are prohibited to enter our arenas. We have therefore no designated parking spaces available for prams.

In connection to events in Ericsson Globe and Hovet we offer the possibility of indoor pram parking depending on the event. In connection to events at Tele2 Arena there is an assigned outdoor area for pram parking. Ask our event hosts for directions.

Please note that this pram park is unattended. Feel free to bring your own pram lock. In connection with events at Tele2 Arena, locks are offered for sale at Ticket Info Norr.

Are there any age limits on the events?

Due to the recommendations of the Swedish Public Health Agency on high volumes there is a general age restriction for concerts at the Arena. It is incumbent upon the event owner to follow this, in accordance with the Swedish Environmental Management Agency. The age restriction is 13 YOA, even if the child is accompanied by an adult guardian. Exceptions are made for events that are specifically for children.

Many people may wonder why the onus is not on the parents to protect their child’s hearing, for example with earplugs. The intention of the general guidelines from the Swedish Public Health Agency is to protect the hearing of all children – even if parents are cognisant of how to protect their hearing or not. It is the responsibility of the event owner that the sound environment and sound levels do not cause harm to visitors’ hearing. According to Swedish law (The Environmental Code) the event owner cannot transfer the responsibility of protecting the hearing of visitors to the visitors.

At some events – see the individual event page – small children sitting in the lap of their parents has free entrance. All other events demand a ticket from all visitors regardless of age.

An 18-year age limit applies to events where food and beverage are being served. The bars usually have a 20-year age limit for serving alcohol.

Will the roof be open or shut when I visit the Arena?

The promotor decides whether the roof will be open or closed during an event. Read more about what applies ahead of your visit on the event information page here on stockholmlive.com. To event.

Do you have cloakrooms and deposit boxes?

You find cloakrooms in the foyer of most of our events except for hockey games. The service is optional and the fee is 30 SEK. We accept card payment in our cloakrooms.

Left-luggage (fee 50 SEK)
Ericsson Globe: in connection to entrance 2.
Annexet and Hovet: in connection to the entrance on some events.

Can I smoke inside the arena?

Smoking is prohibited in all of our arenas. During events, special areas are assigned for smoking outside the arenas.

Why do you search visitors before entering?

Search is performed to prevent dangerous and prohibited objects from entering the arenas.

When can I start cueing outside the arena on the day of the event?

We have a policy to allow cueing from 07:00 hrs on the day of the event. For security reasons, earlier cueing and camping around the arena is strictly forbidden.

At some events, parquet is divided into section to accommodate both numbered seats and standing only.
