Our smallest arena Annexet opened its doors in 1989 and was then intended as a training hall for the ice hockey teams in the area. Today it is an intimate multi-arena with great flexibility.
Inaugurated: February 19, 1989
Architects: Berg Arkitektkontor AB
...Annexet, in addition to concerts, is popular for fairs, galas, corporate events and parties?
TV-galas like the Grammis and Kristallen have been broadcasted from Annexet many times
Audience capacity sitting concerts: 2 200
Audience capacity standing concerts: 3 400
Audience capacity business events: 2-3 400
One of history's most important artists and most influential creators. We heard the hits mixed with new songs during the show which lasted for three hours. The fans and "His royal purpleness" danced for the same length of time.
Dua Lipa, 2018
When the pop sensation invited to a boiling dance party during her largest Swedish gig to date, it was clear - everyone who was there understood that the next time she comes back it will be one of the larger arenas.
Le Bon, 2015
At the same time as the Nobel banquet was taking place in Stockholm City Hall, Lidl held another banquet called Le Bon (Nobel backwards) in Annexet, which was transformed into a replica of the Blue Hall. The purpose of the event was to prove the quality of Lidl's products.
Licorice beer, spa with licorice scrub, pickled salmon with mustard and licorice sauce. For several years, we have seen that licorice is more than candy when Annexet has been transformed into the world's largest licorice festival.
Dixie Chicks, 2003
It was the country trio's first gig in Sweden and the opening for their European tour. As a reviewer wrote "… if you do not love Dixie Chicks after this evening, well, then you probably do not like music. At all."
At the same time as the today so classic "Wonderwall" and "Don't Look Back In Anger" were released, the Gallagher brothers and their Oasis landed on Swedish soil. In Annexet that has barely recovered since then.
