The event was cancelled, how do I get a refund?

Tickets purchased via AXS and AXS call center are automatically repurchased to the card used at the time of purchase. If you bought tickets at the box office at Globentorget, please send an email to info@stockholmlive.com and we will help you further.

 

When does the event start and finish?

We usually get the event times from the event promotor a few days before the event, and we then publish them on the event page. We also send a welcome e-mail to visitors who stated their e-mail address when buying tickets.

Please note due to the nature of live entertainment, all times including end of show times are approximate and subject to change and neither the event promotor or we can confirm what time the main artists will arrive on stage in advance. How do I use my cancellation protection?

With the cancellation protection, you are entitled to cancellation if you or your relatives suffer from acute illness, accident or an incident at home such as burglary, fire, water damage or likewise.

Read below how to apply for cancellation:

NOTIFICATION ABOUT CANCELLATION
Cancellation notification must be made by e-mail to info@stockholmlive.com as soon as the circumstance has become known to you and latest by the time the event begins, according to the event ticket.

In the application, please state: name, booking number, address and telephone number of the person to whom the notification / cancellation relates and a description of the reason for the notification / cancellation.
It is important that you send documentation that supports your claim to cancellation protection as soon as possible after the application / cancellation.
Submit the documentation and send it to info@stockholmlive.com no later than 10 days after the registration / cancellation, in order for us to review your case and pay the compensation.

DOCUMENTATION
If you are unable to attend the event due to the valid reasons listed and wish to use the cancellation protection, send us your unused event ticket in original. You also need to strengthen the circumstance with: 
(a) In case of acute illness, accident or death, medical certificate from the attending physician and, where applicable, death certificate.
b) In the case of police or rescue services, certificates from the authority. For other unforeseen cases, emergency or damage in the residence, a detailed account of what has happened and notification to insurance companies.

REFUND
We undertake the right to pay the compensation to you who purchased the cancellation insurance if you have requested cancellation and supplemented with documentation within time and all the conditions are met. We will usually process the payment within 10 days after the complete cancellation and necessary documentation is received.

Is it safe to purchase ticket on the black market?

Stockholm Live is only liable for the sale of tickets from our web sites (stockholmlive.com, friendsarena.se, tele2arena.se) our box offices, via the event promotor and ticket suppliers. We strongly advise you against the purchase of tickets from any other service or seller because we cannot guarantee the validity or the existence of the ticket and, you risk paying much more than the face value of the ticket.

The automated ticket checking terminals at the arenas scan each ticket for a unique EAN code upon entry on the day of the event. The EAN code can only be used once and a person using a copy of a ticket will be refused entry. You cannot check in advance whether a ticket is valid or not.

 

Can I return (redeem) tickets I have purchased?

Purchased tickets cannot be redeemed.
If an event is cancelled a ticket can be redeemed at the point of purchase.

Where can I buy tickets to an event in your arenas?

Tickets for our events are sold through our ticket suppliers AXSTicketmaster and via our own ticket portal for Friends Arena. Tickets are available for sale at stockholmlive.comfriendsarena.setele2arena.se, through our box offices as well as through promotors and our ticket suppliers.

We recommend you to only buy tickets through authorized resellers and we always refer to authorized resellers on our websites mentioned above.

I bought tickets online but have not received them. What do I do?

If you purchased tickets through AXS to an event at Avicii Arena, Tele2 Arena, Hovet or Annexet

It may take up to 24 hours for order confirmation and e-tickets to arrive. AXS ticket office is working hard to ensure that your tickets are sent to you as soon as possible. To ensure that the tickets do not end up in your junk mail, you are advised to add guestservices@boxoffice.axs.com as contact.
If you still can not find your tickets, you can log in to www.axs.com/se with your email address and find copies of your tickets.

If you bought tickets via ticket.friendsarena.se to AIK Football, Swedish Men´s Football Team or Sweden International Horseshow

The tickets were sent to your e-mail address immediately after the booking was completed. Please check that they have not got into your spam folder addressed from noreply@friendsarena.se. If you still cannot find the tickets, you can log in to www.friendsarena.se/en/konto with your e-mail address and find copies of your tickets. Should you still experience problems please feel free to contact us at biljett@friendsarena.se.

If you purchased tickets through ticketmaster.se to a concert or Melodifestivalen at Friends Arena

Can I scan my ticket on my smartphone?

Yes, as long as the smartphone is damage-free because the scanning machines are sensitive. However, we recommend that you print it out to facilitate entry or alternatively download the ticket as a PDF file and increase the brightness on the screen before scanning. Avoid taking a screenshot/screen copy of the ticket on your smartphone as this worsens the quality of the image and makes it more difficult to scan.

No, it is only when the ticket has been scanned at the Arena that you will know that the ticket is valid.

A name, other than my own, is on the ticket. Will I have a problem scanning it?

Tickets are not ‘personalized’ unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Where a promotor chooses to personalize tickets for an event, you will be informed of it on the event page. In such a case, if your name appears on the ticket you will be asked to provide valid identification to gain entry to the Arena.

 

What happens if an event is moved or cancelled?

During the ticket purchase you are asked to provide contact information, which gives us the possibility to contact you if any changes occur in regards to the event.

We also publish the information in our social media channels and on our website. Please note that we cannot foresee events that might lead to cancellation. This type of information is normally handled by the promoter in charge, who then passes on the information to us. If there are uncertainties regarding any specific event, we kindly ask you to contact the promoter directly.

What am I not allowed to bring into the arenas?

The following rules apply, unless otherwise stated on the event page here on stockholmlive.com. To events

Dangerous or bulky items
You are not allowed to bring into the arena items that could cause damage to the arenas, injury to its staff or other visitors. These include, but are not limited to the following items; weapons, fireworks and other dangerous and fire hazard items. Glass bottles, plastic bottles, thermos’, aluminium cans and flag poles other than soft plastic, or clothing items/flags with text or symbols expressing contempt for ethnic, or other groups.

You are also not allowed to bring into the arenas bulky items such as large umbrellas, collapsible chairs, handbags and backpacks larger than 40x40x20 cm (height, width, depth).

Food and drink
You are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks into the arenas. For safety reasons you are not allowed to bring bottles into the arenas regardless of material and content.

Sound and image capture equipment
Standard cameras, film cameras and other sound/image recording equipment are not allowed inside the Arenas.

 

Can I bring my camera to the event?

System cameras or other professional sound or image recording device may not be brought into the arena. Mobile cameras or small compact cameras are usually allowed.  For some events, there is a strict photo ban. It is the promotor who decides on any eventual photo ban and whether a camera is approved to bring into the arena. On each event page, it is stated who is the promotor. To events

Hur ser säkerhetsarbetet inför evenemang ut?

I Sverige är det arrangör av evenemang som är ansvarig för publikens säkerhet under evenemangets genomförande.

Inför varje evenemang, oavsett hur litet eller stort, görs en enskild analys och bedömning kring vilka olika insatser som behövs för att genomföra ett tryggt evenemang. Bedömningen och på vilket sätt säkerhetsarbetet läggs upp beror dels på vilket evenemang det är och vilken publik men också på omvärldsfaktorer. Detta arbete leds av arrangör för evenemanget tillsammans med arenaoperatör samt polis och övriga involverade myndigheter. Planeringsarbetet sker under lång tid men är även kontinuerligt hela vägen fram till efter evenemangets genomförande.

Om du ska gå på ett evenemang hos oss rekommenderar vi dig att lämna väskan hemma och komma i god tid till arenan för att lugnt kunna komma in via de säkerhetskontroller som sker.

 

Can I leave the arena during events and come back in?

No :/ The person who, after entry, leaves the venue is not entitled to re-entry.

 

Are there any age limits on the events?

Due to the recommendations of the Swedish Public Health Agency on high volumes there is a general age restriction for concerts at the arenas. It is incumbent upon the event owner to follow this, in accordance with the Swedish Environmental Management Agency. The age restriction is 13 YOA, even if the child is accompanied by an adult guardian. Exceptions are made for events that are specifically for children.

Some people may wonder why the onus is not on the parents to protect their child’s hearing, for example with earplugs. The intention of the general guidelines from the Swedish Public Health Agency is to protect the hearing of all children – even if parents are cognisant of how to protect their hearing or not. It is the responsibility of the event owner that the sound environment and sound levels do not cause harm to visitors’ hearing. According to Swedish law (The Environmental Code) the event owner cannot transfer the responsibility of protecting the hearing of visitors to the visitors.

At some events – see the individual event page – small children sitting in the lap of their parents has free entrance. All other events demand a ticket from all visitors regardless of age.

An 18-year age limit applies to events where food and beverage are being served. The bars usually have a 20-year age limit for serving alcohol.

 

Will the roof be open or shut when I visit the arena?

It is the promotor who decides whether the roof will be open or closed during an event at Tele2 Arena and Friends Arena. Read more about what applies ahead of your visit on the event page where we update with information as soon as we have received confirmation from the promotor. To event.

 

Do you have cloakrooms?

At bigger concerts, temporary cloakroom solutions are usually available, but it varies from event to event and is a decision taken by the promotor of the event. Read more about what applies ahead of your visit on the event page where we update with information a few days before the event.

When can I start cueing outside the arena on the day of the event?

Cueing is allowed from 07:00 hrs on the day of the event. For security reasons, earlier cueing and camping around the arena is strictly forbidden.

 

What do I do if I'm dissatisfied with my seat?

Sometimes it may happen that the view from a particular seat is obscured by, for example, technology or stage equipment that has been added during the guesting productions stage building. In such a case or in case of other problems with the seats, you should look up the Guest Service/Information Desk as soon as possible and the staff will try to help you find other seats.

Any complaints should always be made on site to the arena's Guest Service / information desk. After completed events, the seats are considered as approved by you as guest.

Who do I contact if I have lost or forgotten something at the arena?

You can call our switchboard at +46(0)8-600 91 00, Lost and Found have opening hours Monday-Friday between 09:00-10:00. Other times, you are welcome to e-mail info@stockholmlive.com. Please leave further information about the object missing and the date of your visit to see if it has been found.

 

Where do I turn if I have comments or complaints?

If you have any queries or problems during an event, please contact one of the onsite staff or our Guest service / Information desk and they will try to help you directly.

During the majority of events at our arenas, Stockholm Live rents out the arena to a promotor. The promotor has the main responsibility for the event, which includes times, security planning, event design, age limit, sound- and light production. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact the promotor directly. Each event page shows who is the promotor.

Finns tillgänglighetsplatser?

På alla våra arenor har vi tillgänglighetsplatser för dig som har extra behov av tillgänglighet in och ut ur arenan samt för att kunna uppleva evenemanget på plats. Tillgänglighetsplatser inkluderar behov för rullstol, hörsel- och synskada, begränsad rörlighet samt övriga extra behov som kan föreligga. En eventuell medföljande ledsagare är välkommen utan extra kostnad. Ledsagaren sitter i mån av plats på en lös stol bredvid tillgänglighetsplatsen, alternativt på en fast stol bakom. 

Det exakta antalet tillgänglighetsplatser beror på evenemangets utformning och vilken publikkapacitet som evenemanget planeras efter. Som grund för våra arenors utformning utgår vi från Sveriges Kommuner och Landsting, SKL:s, rekommendation om att 2 promille av det totala antalet platser för respektive evenemang bör vara tillgänglighetsplatser. För varje enskilt evenemang är det dock arrangör som avgör exakt antal tillgänglighetsplatser som kommer att finnas tillgängliga, baserat på evenemangets utformning och publikkapacitet.

Can I bring a push chair?

In connection to events in Avicii Arena and Hovet there is often the possibility of indoor push chair parking inside the arenas.

In connection to events at Tele2 Arena there is an assigned outdoor area for push chair parking. Ask our event hosts for directions. Please note that this push chair parking is unattended so feel free to bring your own pram lock. In connection with events at Tele2 Arena, locks are offered for sale at Ticket Info Norr.

In connection to events at Friends Arena, push chairs are usually allowed into the arena if they do not prevent or block evacuation routes and emergency exits. However, this is a promotor decision.

Please bare in mind that Stockholm Live takes no responsibility for the push chair in case of damage or theft.

 

Are there nursery rooms?

  • Avicii Arena – nursery rooms are found at section A7. Keys are available at the information desk next to entrance 2.
  • Hovet – two handicap toilets with nursery tables are available at the foyer on each short side.
  • Annexet – please talk to our event hosts for access to the nearest nursery room at the Ericsson Globe.
  • Tele2 Arena – all handicap toilets are equipped with nursery tables.
  • Friends Arena – there are four baby changing rooms located at each corner of the arena on stand 1 – at sections 103, 118, 123 and 138. At stand 2 there is a baby changing room at section 232 and on the private box level (level 5) there are two baby changing rooms adjacent to boxes 30 and 57.

Varför ska jag ladda ner appen?

Det lanseras en ny biljetteknik, AXS Mobile ID, som levererar biljetter säkert och tryggt till dig digitalt via Stockholm Live-appen. Med det här leveranssättet behövs appen för att hämta och hantera dina biljetter som du smidigt scannar direkt från appen vid entrén.

Men inte bara det - appen gör din evenemangsupplevelse smidigare och bättre på flera sätt! Bland annat genom att:

• Du får senaste nytt och viktig information inför ditt besök
• Du kan ha alla evenemang och biljetter samlade på samma ställe
• Du håller dig uppdaterad på kommande konserter och matcher
• Du kan köpa biljetter till alla våra evenemang och hantera dina biljetter direkt i appen

 

Måste jag ladda ner appen?

För evenemang på Tele2 ArenaAvicii ArenaHovet och Annexet

För evenemang på Friends Arena 
Du måste inte ladda ner appen men vi rekommenderar dig att göra det för att du ska få ut det mesta av ditt besök hos oss. I appen finns allt du behöver inför ditt evenemang samlat: din biljett, viktig evenemangsspecifik information inför besöket, senaste nytt, tävlingar – och mycket mer.  

 

Hur skapar jag ett konto i appen?

Efter att du laddat ner appen via AppStore (om du har en iPhone) eller i Google Play (om du har en Android) följer du de här stegen:

1. Klicka på LOGGA IN/SKAPA KONTO på appens startsida och välj skapa konto

2. Fyll i de efterfrågade uppgifterna och använd samma e-postadress som du brukar göra vid biljettköp via AXS, Ticketmaster och Seatgeek. Välj sen om du vill ha information från Stockholm Live om de senaste evenemangen, erbjudanden och viktig info (rekommenderas).

3. Klicka på skapa konto. Nu skickas ett verifikationsmail till din angivna e-postadress. Öppna mailet och klicka på verifiera så vi vet att du är du. Klart!

 

Måste jag/varför ska jag skapa ett konto i appen?

För evenemang på Tele2 ArenaAvicii ArenaHovet och Annexet
För dessa evenemang behöver du ladda ner appen för att hämta dina biljetter och visa dem vid entrén. Det skickas alltså ingen PDF- eller e-biljett utan du behöver appen för att komma in på evenemanget.
 
För evenemang på Friends Arena
Du måste inte skapa ett konto men vi rekommenderar dig att göra det. Det går att använda appen och se en del av innehållet utan att skapa ett konto men då missar du många superbra funktioner. Förutom att kunna hantera dina biljetter på ett smidigt och säkert sätt får du också senaste nytt, viktig information och tips inför och under ditt besök.

 

Behöver jag logga in i appen varje gång?

Nix, du behöver inte logga in varje gång. Du är inloggad i appen tills du själv aktivt väljer att logga ut. 

 

Hur länkar jag mina biljettkonton till appen?

Om du använt olika e-postadresser på appkontot och biljettkontot kan du enkelt lägga till fler e-postadresser.

Gör så här: 

1. Gå till ► Mitt Konto ► Inställningar ► Länka biljettkonton 

2. Fyll i den e-postadress du vill lägga till. Nu skickas ett verifikationsmail till den angivna e-postadressen. Öppna mailet och klicka på verifiera så vi vet att du är du. Nu länkas kontona och du kan hämta och hantera dina biljetter i appen under ► Mina Evenemang.  

 

Jag har fått biljett både som PDF och digitalt i appen, vilken ska jag använda?

Använd biljetten i appen! Det är smidigt och säkert, bättre för miljön, plus att du får massa bra evenemangsinformation och andra funktioner på köpet. 

 

Jag får inte upp min biljett i appen, varför?

Den vanligaste orsaken är att du använde olika e-postadresser när du skapade appkontot och när du köpte biljetterna. Det löser du enkelt genom att lägga till den andra e-postadressen i appen.

Gör så här:

Gå till ► Mitt konto ► Inställningar ► Länka biljettkonton

Fyll i den e-postadress du vill lägga till. Nu skickas ett verifikationsmail till den angivna e-postadressen. Öppna mailet och klicka på verifiera så vi vet att du är du. Nu länkas kontona och du kan hämta och hantera dina biljetter i appen under: ► Mina Evenemang

En annan orsak kan vara att du inte har bekräftat din e-postadress i verifikationsmailet som skickades ut när du skapade app-kontot. Det kan du lösa genom att:

1. Leta upp mailet genom att söka på noreply@stockholmlive.com i din inkorg (kolla även skräppost)

2. Få ett nytt verifikationsmail skickat till dig genom att gå till ► Inställningar ► Klicka på skicka verifikationsmailet igen

 

Hur får jag in mina säsongsbiljetter i appen?

Biljetterna till de olika matcherna läggs upp som vanliga biljetter i appen. De läggs upp vid olika tidpunkter under säsongen beroende på vilken biljettleverantör som användes vid köpet. 

 

Kan jag vidarebefordra mina biljetter till någon annan via appen?

För evenemang på Tele2 ArenaAvicii ArenaHovet och Annexet

1. Gå till ► Mina Evenemang

2. Välj ► Visa biljett

3. Välj det evenemang som du vill dela biljetter till och klicka på ► Dela

4. Markera den eller de biljetter du vill dela

5. Ange mottagarens för- och efternamn samt e-postadress och vidarebefordra genom att klicka på Nästa och Bekräfta delning. Mottagaren får nu ett e-postmeddelande till den angivna e-postadressen med instruktioner om att skapa ett konto i AXS biljettsystem och därefter ladda ner och skapa ett konto i Stockholm Live-appen.

För evenemang på Friends Arena
I dagsläget går det inte att vidarebefordra biljetterna i appen, däremot går det att vidarebefordra PDF-biljetten via e-post tills vidare.

 

Vad händer om mobilen är urladdad vid biljettkontrollen vid arenan?

Förbered dig gärna genom att ladda telefonen innan ditt besök. Ett tips är också att ta med dig en powerbank. Om mobilen inte skulle fungera framme vid arenan kan du alltid gå till biljettkassan för att få hjälp. 

 

Jag har en skada på min mobilskärm, kommer det bli problem vid inscanningen?

Det beror på hur stor skadan är, ofta fungerar det med mindre skador i skärmen. Skulle det vara så att det inte fungerar, ta kontakt med en entrévärd eller gå till biljettkassan så får du hjälp. 

 

Varför frågar appen efter tillgång till min "Plats", "Kamera" osv. när jag skapar konto?

Appen frågar efter de funktionerna för att kunna fungera optimalt och skapa bästa möjliga användarupplevelse för dig. Bland annat för att vi ska kunna skicka relevant, platsrelaterad information inför eller under ett besök. Du väljer dock helt själv vilka åtkomster du vill tillåta och kan alltid ändra dessa under:

Hur fungerar push-notiser?

Vi skickar ut en push-notis om det är något särskilt som händer som vi vill uppmärksamma dig som besökare på inför eller under ett evenemang. Du kan själv välja om du vill ta emot dessa men vi rekommenderar dig att ha det aktiverat så du inte missar viktig information eller erbjudanden. Du kan slå på och av push-notiser under:
