Be here in good time
Many fans are expected for the concerts and because Tele2 Arena and the event owner demand a high level of security entry to the Arena can take longer than expected. For this reason you should be here in good time and leave larger belongings at home.
Please leave system cameras and selfie sticks at home. Smartphones and small compact cameras are allowed. Food, drink, umbrellas and backpacks are not allowed into the Arena for security reasons. Handbags larger than 40x40x20 cm (height, width, depth) can not be brought into the arena.
There will be no wardrobe. You can deposit larger bags and other items you are not allowed to bring into the Arena in our cloakroom for 50 SEK per item (card payment only). You find it at Ericsson Globe (entrance 6). It opens at 3 p.m. Please note that the space is very limited so we urge all visitors to leave larger belongings at home.
Is the roof opend or closed during the concert?
The arena roof will be closed.
Food and drinks
For fans with tickets in the stands
Stand A: There are several kiosks and fast food units with lighter food such as sausages, burgers and wraps, snacks, soft drinks, medium-strong beer (3,5%) etc.
The bars can be found at sections 109, 136-137, 125 and they serve food such as sausages and burgers, strong beer, wine, cider, cava and non-alcoholic options. The age limit for the bars is 18 years.
Stand B: There are several kiosks and fast food units with lighter food such as sausages, burgers and wraps, snacks, soft drinks, medium-strong beer (3,5%) etc.
The bars can be found at sections 316-318, 335-337 and they serve food such as sausages and burgers, strong beer, wine, cider, cava and non-alcoholic options. The age limit for the bars is 18 years.
For fans with standing tickets
Inside the standing area there are kiosks serving soft drinks, medium-strong beer (3,5%), chips and wraps (chicken and vegetarian)
Water stations are located along the edges of the arena floor.
To make your visit safer, more convenient and easier, the Arena is a cash-free zone. Bring your bank or credit card only as only these payment methods are accepted. Cards accepted are Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Diners.
Take the subway
Within walking distance of a kilometer from Tele2 Arena you find six subway stations including Gullmarsplan, Stockholm’s second largest hub for common transport with subway, tram and buses. For more information, click here!
